SPECIAL BULLETIN - JANUARY 20, 2025

The first major push to dismantle the Constitution is successful
as Donald Trump is sworn in as the 47th President of the
Separated States Called America

January 20th is Inauguration Day in this country and it marks the start of a new term for President, whether a new president or a second term president.  Inauguration Day in 2025, however, has an extra layer of meaning.  It is not just the first inauguration held indoors due to weather in forty years.

As soon as Donald Trump completed saying the oath of office at 12:03 p.m., the Constitution was, in part, disregarded.  Not repealed by Congress, but simply made void.  Specifically, Article III of the Fourteenth Amendment was the target.  I noted this in my Special Bulletin two weeks ago when the Congress verified the election results.

The quandary at hand: The Constitution does not forbid a felon from running for office, but it does forbid someone who engaged in insurrection against this country, as Donald Trump did, from holding office.  And yet, here we are, with Donald Trump back in the White House as the S.S.C.A.'s 47th President.

The dismantling of the Constitution (and the Congress...and the country) has begun.
